For healthcare teams
Notary Services for Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Care Facilities
A notary your social workers, case managers and front desk can call on, day or night.
A reliable notary for your patients and residents
Patients and residents often need powers of attorney and other documents notarized quickly, and families rarely know who to call. We give your team one number to share, and we come to the bedside any hour of the day.

Bedside signing
We check in with your staff, follow facility procedures, and keep the visit brief.
What your team can count on
- Available 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Respectful and brief visits that do not disrupt care
- We follow your facility procedures for checking in, visiting and protective equipment
- Patient privacy: we only handle the documents being signed and never access medical records
- Proper screening: we confirm each signer is alert, understands the document and is signing willingly, and we decline when required
- No cost to the facility unless you arrange otherwise; the family or patient pays us directly
Families looking for help? Send them to our hospital and nursing home visit guide, which explains what to prepare before we arrive.
Common questions
Can facility staff act as witnesses?
That depends on your facility's policy and the document's requirements. Many facilities do not allow staff to witness. Families should arrange witnesses ahead of time if the document needs them.
What if the patient cannot sign their full name?
Some signers may sign with a mark, which requires witnesses. Call us before booking so we can explain what is needed.
What if the patient is not alert enough to sign?
We must decline the notarization. We will let the family know and can return when the patient is able to communicate and understand the document.
Who pays for the visit?
Usually the patient or family pays us directly by card. Facilities that want a billing arrangement can contact us.
How fast can you get here?
Often the same day, and frequently within a few hours. Call or text with the facility name and room for the earliest time.
