Your lender, title company or escrow officer usually schedules the signing agent. If you would like us at your closing, ask them to contact us directly.
Our role. A Notary Signing Agent identifies signers, presents documents for signature and notarizes them. We cannot explain loan terms, rates or fees, or give legal or financial advice. Questions about your loan go to your lender, and legal questions go to your attorney.
